In celebration of Singapore’s 60th National Day, Yum Cha Restaurant proudly introduces the SG60 Local-Inspired Dim Sum Series — a special menu that pays tribute to the diverse and nostalgic flavours of Singapore’s culinary heritage.
Available now until 31 August 2025, this limited-time offering reimagines traditional dim sum through the lens of iconic local dishes, all priced at just $6 per item. Each dish is carefully crafted to reflect the spirit of Singapore’s food culture, blending familiarity with creativity.
What's on the SG60 menu:
- Bak Kut Teh Xiao Long Bao – A rich, herbal twist to your favourite soup dumpling.
- Otak Siew Mai – Fiery, fragrant, and full of Peranakan soul.
- Kopi Gao Bao – In collaboration with Coffee Hock, this soft bao is filled with a bold coffee custard made from one of Singapore’s most beloved homegrown brands. Since 1997, Coffee Hock has been connecting heartlands across generations through their honest brews, and now, their signature aroma takes centre stage in this nostalgic creation.
- Kaya Bolo Bao – A golden bolo bun oozing with fragrant kaya, reminiscent of our kopitiam mornings.
- Chilli Crab Bao – Spicy, sweet, and unmistakably Singaporean.
