SAFRA members born in the month of September can redeem a Happy Birthday from SAFRA $20 e-voucher at any SAFRA Clubs Customer Service Counter on 1st September. The Happy Birthday from SAFRA $20 e-voucher will be issued to the member through SAFRA mobile app / MySAFRA Portal upon verification by the Customer Service Officers.
- Limited to 1 redemption per SAFRA member across all 7 SAFRA Clubs and SAFRA@29 Carpenter Street.
- Limited to first 50 members per SAFRA club only for the month of September, on first-come, first served basis.
- Limited to first 10 members at SAFRA@29 Carpenter Street for the month of September, collection of Happy Birthday from SAFRA@29 Carpenter Street $20 e-voucher will be at SAFRA Mount Faber Customer Service Counter.
- E-voucher is valid only at participating outlets of the SAFRA clubs where it was redeemed.

Terms & Conditions:
- Download SAFRA Mobile App and create your mySAFRA account. Login to the SAFRA mobile app/ MySAFRA Portal to redeem the Happy Birthday from SAFRA $20 e-voucher.
- Member must be physically present at the SAFRA Club’s Customer Service Counter at point of redemption to ensure successful issuance of the e-voucher to their SAFRA mobile app / MySAFRA Portal.
- Validity for e-voucher is valid for use for two months from issuance (e.g., Sep 2025 e-voucher validity 1 Sep– 31 Oct 2025). No extension will be granted.
- This e-voucher must be presented, and redeemable only at the participating outlets at the SAFRA Club where the voucher redemption was made.
- This e-voucher is not stackable and only one e-voucher can be used per transaction per receipt.
- No change nor return in cash/credit will be given if the total bill is less than $20.
- This e-voucher is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.
- Redemption of e-voucher is to be made only through front counters of the main Burger King restaurant at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang's outlet, main McDonald’s restaurant at SAFRA Punggol’s, SAFRA Toa Payoh’s and SAFRA Yishun’s outlets only, while stocks last.
- Not available for My McDonald’s App deals, McDelivery®, Drive-through or with other offers at McDonald’s.
- SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw/amend/append any terms & conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Redemption of the Happy Birthday from SAFRA $20 e-voucher is at the 7 SAFRA Clubs' Customer Service Counters from 9am to 9pm daily. Please produce your membership card or e-card for verification purposes.
