This September, NEX invites families and friends alike to celebrate the Mid-Autumn season with a line-up of festive flavours, interactive experiences, and moonlit activities.
Discover delectable mooncakes from a wide range of brands at the beloved TANGS Mid-Autumn Fair from 4 to 25 September, or take on fun festive games and activities at the mall’s special Moonlit Moments activation from 5 to 20 September.
What’s more, on 19 and 20 September, the dreamy Moonlight Gathering brings the Level 4 Rooftop to life with a lantern-lit stroll under the stars, with fairy lights and Mid-Autumn décor setting the scene for a lovely evening out.
The festive fun begins at the Moonlit Moments Activation @ Level 3, with a line-up of interactive activities from 5 to 20 September.
Mooncake Packing Game and AI Portrait Photo Booth
Shoppers can race against the clock to “pack” life-sized mooncakes into a box using oversized chopsticks. Participants will receive a small festive token, while stocks last.

AI Portrait Photo Booth
For those looking for a creative keepsake, the AI Portrait Photo Booth lets shoppers select from a variety of portrait styles and receive their creations digitally via QR code. An animated version will also be available, offering a fun and memorable way to keep and share their festive portraits.
With a S$30 spend in a single transaction, shoppers can enjoy both festive experiences, test their skills at the Mooncake Packing Game and step into the AI Portrait Photo Booth to capture memorable Mid-Autumn moments.

Interactive Lantern Riddle Wall
Dates: 5 – 20 September 2026
Venue: Outside Yue Hwa, Level 3
Opening Hours: 10am to 10pm daily (free for all)
Shoppers can put their festive knowledge and quick-thinking skills to the test at the Interactive Lantern Riddle Wall, available in both English and Chinese. After scanning a QR code, participants will receive 10 riddles on their mobile devices, with scores calculated based on both accuracy and speed. A live leaderboard displayed on the LED wall will showcase the top 10 players, alongside the current fastest solver. The Top 10 winners will each receive $50 eNEXvouchers.
An Evening Under the Stars: The NEX Moonlight Gathering
Dates: 19 – 20 September 2026
Venue: Rooftop, Level 4R
Session timings: 7.15pm to 8pm and 8.15pm to 9pm
On 19 and 20 September, the festivities move to the Level 4 Rooftop for the Moonlight Gathering, a dreamy evening get-together surrounded by Mid-Autumn décor, fairy lights and lanterns. Each participant will receive a goodie bag and the opportunity to meet and greet the Rabbit mascot while soaking in the festive atmosphere and celebrating the Mid-Autumn season together.
Spend $30 in a single transaction to redeem the Moonlight Gathering experience. Each redemption admits 2 participants (1 pair), with a maximum of 30 participants (15 pairs) per session across two sessions per day.
TANGS Mid-Autumn Fair at NEX
This year’s TANGS Mid-Autumn Fair at NEX brings together an array of mooncakes spanning traditional favourites, modern interpretations and playful new flavours, giving shoppers plenty to discover.

Fresh Takes on Classic Flavours
La Levain’s mooncakes are handcrafted in their kitchen in Singapore, with flavours drawing inspiration from Singapore and around the world. Their Momoyama Cantonese Mooncakes blend traditional Cantonese craftsmanship with innovative flavours, featuring a new, less-sweet recipe and refined Momoyama skin.
The collection features Mixed Berry Lotus with Raspberry Rose, a refreshing blend of fragrant rose petals and berries. Chocolate Lotus with Pistachio Crunch combines Italian pistachio paste, crunchy pistachio nuts and Belgian chocolate, inspired by the viral pistachio kunafa trend. Pure White Lotus with Salted Egg Yolk offers a classic pairing of smooth white lotus paste and savoury salted egg yolk. Uji Matcha White Lotus with Valrhona Yuzu Chocolate brings together earthy Uji matcha, vibrant yuzu and Valrhona yuzu chocolate for a refreshing twist.
At Fairmont Singapore, the Assorted Mini Snowskin Mooncake Set ($128) features eight flavours, including highlights Dubai Chocolate, Pandan Bliss, Whisky Orange and Yuzu Green Tea. Presented in a limited-edition 40th Anniversary Heritage Keepsake Box, the collection commemorates 40 years of the landmark building.
For those looking beyond traditional mooncakes, Pinch Bakehouse offers its Mochi Brownie Mooncake in Pistachio ($34.90), combining a fudgy chocolate brownie with nutty pistachio and a chewy mochi centre.
Fans of pistachio will definitely want to try the Snow Skin Moonlit Pistachio Mooncake ($74.80) from Home’s Favourite, which combines rich pistachio paste and crunchy pistachio pieces with a cool, chewy snowskin.
For a taste of tradition with a playful presentation, Goodwood Park Hotel introduces its new Jade Bunny Mooncake Set ($72). Inspired by the Jade Rabbit of Mid-Autumn folklore, the six rabbit-shaped snowskin mooncakes are made with lotus seed paste and melon seeds, symbolising harmony, reunion and good health.
