1. Ordering 

• Pre-order to be placed 3 days in advance (excluding day of order, day of delivery, eve of and on PH) at any Polar retail outlets or through our website.  
• Last day for pre-order is 6 February 2024, 12pm. 
• Last day of collection at all outlets is on 9 February 2024.  
• Last day of collection at One Raffles Place is on 8 February 2024. 
• Full payment is required upon ordering and is non-refundable. Strictly no cancellation is allowed.
• Serving size stated is for reference only.
• Not available at convenience stores, petrol stations and supermarkets.
• Please refer to our website for outlet listing and details.

2. Delivery

• Delivery service is available for pre-orders with a minimum spending of $25. 
• Delivery charge (outlets): 
• $18 (order amount between $25 and $49.99) 
• $12 (order amount between $50 and $99.99) 
• $6 (order amount between $100 and $159.99)
• Free delivery (order amount above $160)
• Additional surcharge of $10 applies for delivery to special locations – Sentosa, Marina Bay and Tuas area.
• Additional surcharge of $10 applies for delivery during festive and peak periods, from 29 January to 8 February 2024.
• Strictly no delivery service to Jurong Island, Army camps, restricted areas, and cargo areas.
• Delivery time slots: 7am to 9am*, 9am-11am, 11am to 2pm*, 2pm to 4pm, 4pm to 6pm.
• Last day for delivery of Chinese New Year items is on 8 February 2024.
