Celebrate SG60 From The Skies To The Plate With Festive Experiences Curated by Mount Faber Leisure Group

This National Day weekend, take your celebrations to new heights — literally. From sky-high views and heritage-inspired cabins to bold local flavours reimagined by one of Singapore’s favourite chefs, Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG) presents festive experiences perfect for a fun day out for SG60.

Soar Above the Island in Peranakan-Inspired Cable Car Cabins

To mark the 10th anniversary of the Singapore Cable Car Sentosa Line, the cable car cabins have been transformed with pastel-hued Peranakan motifs — a nod to our multicultural tapestry and the historic shophouses of Koon Seng Road. Snap a picture, take in the view and experience history in motion.

As part of SG60 celebrations, local residents — including locals, PRs, and members of the migrant community — can enjoy special 1-for-1 Sentosa Line promotions from now till 31 Aug 2025 — including a Sentosa Line round trip for two at only $4 or 1-day unlimited rides for two at just $14 — perfect for exploring Sentosa’s scenic beachfront and lush greenery from above.

Flavours of Home with Chef Bob at Good Old Days

End the day with soulful flavours by Chef Bob, one of Singapore’s most beloved culinary storytellers. In an exclusive collaboration with Good Old Days, Chef Bob has crafted a limited-time menu that celebrates heritage while embracing fresh creativity — all set in a casual, air-conditioned food court just steps from Siloso Beach.

The Nasi Lemak Goreng ($12.80) reimagines the national favourite by wok-firing fragrant coconut rice and pairing it with crispy turmeric chicken and a sunny-side-up egg — an indulgent take full of wok hei and crunch. The Ginger Fish Hor Fun ($10.80), inspired by Chef Bob’s childhood memories, features silky wok-charred noodles in a rich eggy gravy, topped with tender fried fish slices and a comforting ginger warmth. For something bold and unexpected, the Assam Pedas Pasta ($12.80) fuses the tangy heat of Malay assam pedas with broad ribbons of pappardelle, tossed with prawns, laksa leaf and layered spice.

Affordable, flavourful, and full of heart, Chef Bob’s SG60 menu offers a delicious way to rediscover heritage in every bite.
