Durian Buffet 2025 Terms and Conditions
Admission and Payment
- Each ticket grants entry to one person. Entry is not permitted without a ticket.
- Full payment is required before entering the buffet area. Retain your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
- Regular and Gold Durian Buffet diners will be seated in designated sections.
- Seating is based on the ticket type (Regular/Gold); all guests at a table must have the same ticket type.
- No refunds or exchanges are available after payment.
- Prices are inclusive of GST.
- Tickets purchased through Eventbrite do not qualify for LinkPoints issuance.
Session Details
- Event registration opens 15 minutes before the session starts.
- Each session lasts for 60 minutes.
- Sessions will start and end on time, with no extensions for late arrivals.
- Please keep your wrist-tag on throughout the session.
- The buffet is for dine-in only; takeaway is not allowed.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the buffet area.
Consumption and Waste Management
- Each guest receives one complimentary bottle of water.
- Guests are encouraged to consume durians responsibly to minimize food waste.
- A surcharge of SGD 3 per 100 grams will be applied to uneaten durians left on the plate.
- Diners must dispose of durian seeds in the large bins provided.
Health and Safety
- Guests with durian allergies or health conditions should consult a doctor before participating.
- The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying symptoms of illness.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Guests must behave respectfully toward other patrons and staff. Disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Management Rights
- The management reserves the right to change buffet offerings, pricing, and terms & conditions without prior notice.
- The management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual at their discretion.
Photography and Recording Notice
- Images may be captured during the durian buffet event organized by FairPrice using film photography, digital photography, video, or other medium.
- These images may be used on FairPrice’s website, promotional materials, social media channels, and related publications.
- By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, videoed, or otherwise captured in image form.Attendees are considered to have implicitly consented unless they expressly object.
- Any concerns or objections should be raised with the event organizers promptly.
Privacy Policy & Data Policy
- All payments and signups for our event will be handled exclusively through Eventbrite, an external platform.
- FairPrice will only access the personal data from Eventbrite for purposes related to management of this event.
- We recommend reviewing Eventbrite’s Privacy Policy to understand how your data is processed before signing up.
Liability
- The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the buffet. Guests participate at their own risk.
- By participating, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal without a refund.
