From now to 25 September 2025, DBS and Sqkii present #HuntTheMouse DBS SG60, a special edition of the popular cash hunt game celebrating Singapore’s 60 years of nation-building. This heartland-focused edition aims to bring families and friends together to explore local neighbourhoods, uncover hidden gems, and support local merchants through a fun and gamified experience.

A total of 200 silver DBS Heartland game coins, each worth S$600, will be progressively hidden across various heartland locations in Singapore, forming a S$120,000 prize pool.

New Features for SG60 Edition

1. Places of Interest – When GPS is enabled, players receive bite-sized historical, cultural, and future-facing facts about nearby landmarks.

2. Hunting Stops – Located at selected bus stops and heartland zones, these stops allow players to perform in-game actions (such as tickling Sqkii & Friends) to earn DBS Crystals and power-ups, even when not actively hunting coins.

Power-Ups to Boost Your Hunt

• Circle Shrink – Narrows the map circle to pinpoint coin locations.

• Coin Sonar – Scans surroundings in ranges of 25m, 50m, or 100m to detect coins.

• Metal Detector – Turns your phone into a coin detector for one minute, providing proximity feedback.

How to Play

Participation is free and open to all. The first player to find each DBS Heartland game coin can redeem it for cash. Coin locations are shown as circles on the in-game map, which shrink every 30 minutes from 8am to midnight. Daily hints for specific coins are released at 6pm on Sqkii’s Instagram and Facebook pages.

Getting Ahead in the Game

Visit Hunting Stops to earn Crystals for power-up activation and enhanced rewards. Engage with the community safely and respectfully—violating safety rules may lead to disqualification.

There are clear rules and safety guidelines published on the game website and reminders are shared on social media.
