Don Don Donki Mega Salmon Don Challenge Returns This September
This September, sushi fans and big eaters alike are invited to take on Don Don Donki’s Mega Salmon Don Challenge, available from 1 to 28 September 2025. This thrilling food challenge offers participants the chance to enjoy massive salmon dons for free if they can complete them within the set time limits.
Competitors can choose between two challenge sizes. The 1kg Mega Salmon Don must be finished within 20 minutes, while the colossal 3kg Triple Mega Salmon Don must be cleared within the same time frame for the ultimate salmon showdown. Successful challengers walk away with their meal completely free of charge. Those who are unable to complete the challenge will simply pay the regular price of $36.80 for the 1kg bowl or $88 for the 3kg bowl.
The challenge is limited to three participants per day across both sizes and is only available from Monday to Thursday, excluding eves and public holidays. As a bonus, even if challengers do not succeed, they will receive an exclusive Sen Sen Sushi T-shirt as a keepsake of their effort. For diners who prefer to enjoy the bowls at their own pace, both the Mega and Triple Mega Salmon Dons are also available à la carte for dine-in.
