McDonald’s is giving away 28,000 Sausage McMuffins for free on Monday, 5 January 2026 from 7:00am to 9:00am. Limited to first 200 redemptions per restaurant, operating on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
Note that the free Sausage McMuffin giveaway is NOT AVAILABLE at these outlets: Caltex Dunearn, Changi Airport Terminal 2 Transit Lounge, Gardens by the Bay, LIDO, Tampines Bus Interchange, NTU, Shell Havelock, Shell Hougang, Shell Tampines, Temasek Polytechnic, and Mandai Wildlife East.
McDonald’s is also bringing back the $1.10 Filet-O-Fish promotion as an app-exclusive McDelivery deal from 5 to 11 January 2026, and is available the whole day during the promotion period.
To enjoy the offer, customers will have to access the McDonald’s app, locate the deal under Deals and Rewards, and add it to their McDelivery order before proceeding to checkout. The discounted price is applied only when the redemption steps are completed correctly within the app.
A minimum spend for McDelivery applies to each order, and the promotion is not valid on third-party delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, foodpanda, or Grab.
