FairPrice Finest Pre-Order Selections

FairPrice Finest has introduced a curated pre-order service that allows shoppers to reserve specially prepared items ahead of time, with collection available in as little as two days from the order date. Spanning three distinct product categories  - Cheese and Deli Platters, Curated Gift Boxes, and Marinated Meat Selections -  the service is designed for those who appreciate quality, convenience, and occasion-ready indulgence.

For a limited time, first-time pre-orders of $50 or more enjoy $5 off, with the promotion running from now until 30 June 2026.

How the Pre-Order Works

Step 1: Open the FairPrice Group app and tap the Pre-order tile.

Step 2: Select a participating store to see the specific items available for pre-order at that location.

Step 3: Complete your purchase in-app. Your order will be ready for collection at your selected store in just 2 days.

Note: Item availability varies by store. Please check the list of participating stores below before finalizing your pre-order.

Cheese and Deli Platters

For entertaining at home or bringing something impressive to a gathering, FairPrice Finest offers two platter options, each priced at $65, or both together for $120.

The Cheese Platter brings together Ashgrove TSM Farm Wine Lovers Cheese, Kapiti Kanuka Smoked Havarti, Primo R. Smoked Leg Ham, OB Finest Crackers in Fig and Almond, St. Dalfour La Reserve Fig and Orange preserve, and Natures Wonder Royal nuts, all complemented by complimentary packaging materials and cheese platters. fairprice

The Deli Platter is a charcuterie-forward spread featuring sliced Parma Ham, Primo Hungarian Salami, Delicato Champagne Shaved Ham, Delicato Apple Shaved Ham, Primo Hot SOP Salami, Delicato Pitted Kalamata Olives, and Delicato Black Spanish Olives, with Natures Wonder Royal nuts and complimentary packaging. fairprice

Both platters are designed to be consumed on the day of collection and must be kept refrigerated.  

These platters are available at 20 FairPrice Finest locations across Singapore, from Waterway Point and Paya Lebar Quarter to The Centrepoint and Clarke Quay.

Curated Gift Boxes

The gift box selection is where FairPrice Finest's curation truly shines. Five distinct boxes are available, each thoughtfully assembled around a theme and occasion, removing the guesswork from gifting.

The Cozy Pack ($150) is built around warmth and indulgence, featuring Aroma Truffle Potato Chips, Gryphon Artisan Tea, Illy Roasted Coffee Beans, Irvins Salted Egg Potato Chips, a bottle of Just Wine Rioja Red Wine, Kjeldsens Butter Cookies Tin, Merci Petits Chocolates, and Falwasser Crispbread, all nestled in a Finest Grocery Gift Box.

The Celebration Box ($150) leans into festivity, pairing Moet and Chandon Champagne with Merci Finest Selection European Chocolates, Irvins Salted Egg Potato Chips, Loacker Crispy Wafers, Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate, and Aroma Truffle Potato Chips.

The Mindful Reset ($150) is curated for wellness, featuring Arataki Manuka Honey UMF 5+, Brand's Essence of Chicken, Carman's Aussie Oat Clusters and Muesli Bars, Gryphon Artisan Tea, Meiji Plain Crackers, Milo Chocolate Malt Drink Powder, and Simply Natural Siberian Haskap Berry Elixir.

The Home Sweet Home Box ($120) pairs a bottle of Penfolds Bin 2 Shiraz Mataro with Kjeldsens Butter Cookies, Merci Petits Chocolates, Gryphon Artisan Tea, and Aroma Truffle Potato Chips.

The Comfort Luxe Collection ($120) combines Arataki Manuka Honey, Brand's Innershine Berry Essence, Carman's Oat Clusters, Milo, and Simply Natural Haskap Berry Elixir.

It is important to note that items within platters and gift boxes are pre-curated and cannot be customised. 

Gift boxes are currently available for pre-order at three stores: FairPrice Finest Bukit Timah Plaza, Thomson Plaza, and The Centrepoint.

Marinated Meat Selection

For those who prefer to cook at home, FairPrice Finest's marinated beef cuts offer a premium, ready-to-roast option. Three cuts are available: Delicato Marinated Chuck Roll at $39.90 per kg (ideal for four to five persons), Delicato Marinated Sirloin Roast at $61.50 per kg, and Delicato Marinated Ribeye Roast at $78.80 per kg.

Shoppers can choose from four marination profiles: The Vineyard Grill (paprika with onion and pepper), The Classic (traditional seasoning with a hint of marjoram), The Ultimate Steak Blend (a straightforward pepper and salt profile), and The BBQ Favourite (a subtly sweet and smoky spice blend).

On storage, unopened vacuum-packed beef stays fresh for up to 15 days when refrigerated, while opened packs should be consumed within three days. 

This selection is available across 12 participating outlets.

FairPrice Finest Pre-order Terms & Conditions

By placing a Pre-order, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions. FairPrice reserves the right to update these terms where necessary.

1. Placing Your Order

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including selected items and collection date) are accurate before confirming the order.
• To ensure freshness and quality, lead times may vary by product. The standard earliest collection date is 2 days from the order date, although certain items may require longer preparation time.
• The earliest available collection date for each product will be indicated during checkout.
• Items within platters and gift boxes are pre-curated and cannot be customized.
• In the event an item becomes unavailable, customers will be notified at least 24 hours or one (1) day before the scheduled collection date.
• Please review your order carefully, as cancellation cannot be processed once the order has been placed.

2. Product Information

• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual platters, garnishes and presentation may vary depending on ingredient availability.
• All product weights are measured before roasting or cooking, unless otherwise stated.
• Trimmings, props or decorative elements shown in images are not included.
• Where applicable, reheating or preparation instructions will be provided in the product listing to help ensure the best quality and food safety.

3. Collection & Notifications

• • Customers will receive collection reminders on the scheduled collection day:
    • SMS notifications for in-store orders 
    • Push notifications or email for orders placed via the FairPrice Group app
  • Orders must be collected in-store on the selected date and time slot chosen during checkout.
• For app orders, customers may retrieve their QR code via:
  Account > Activity > Pre-Order > Order Details
• For in-store orders, a receipt with QR code will be provided during purchase.
• Fresh items are best enjoyed on the day of collection.
• Orders not collected on the scheduled date will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
• For food safety reasons, fresh items that remain uncollected will be disposed of after 24 hours.

4. Payments & Promotions

• Pre-orders made via the FairPrice Group app are not eligible for Senior Citizen, Pioneer or Merdeka Generation discounts.
• Linkpoints will be issued for eligible items with no cap on spending or quantity.
• FairPrice physical and e-Gift vouchers cannot be used for Pre-orders placed via the FairPrice Group app.
• FairPrice Group (FPG) may periodically issue promotional vouchers to customers at its discretion. These vouchers will be deposited directly into the user’s FPG App Voucher Wallet.
• Each voucher is subject to specific eligibility criteria, including but not limited to minimum spend requirements, participating items, and redemption limits. Users should refer to the individual voucher within their wallet for its full terms and conditions.
• To enjoy specially curated promotions, customers are reminded to check their Voucher Wallet and apply the relevant voucher at the checkout stage. FPG shall not be responsible for any missed promotions if a voucher is not applied before the transaction is finalized.
• Unless otherwise stated, all vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while redemptions last.
