The Singapore Food Expo (SFE), widely recognised as the longest-running and most complete food show in the region, returns to Singapore Expo Hall 5 from 29 May to 1 June 2026. Running daily from 11am to 9pm, this highly anticipated four-day event is a must-visit for food enthusiasts, families, and trade buyers looking to discover the best of local and international food and beverage in one vibrant venue. 

Organised by the Singapore Food Manufacturers' Association (SFMA), the event showcases local and international food products, beverages, and related services, featuring exhibitors, product launches, and tasting opportunities. Best of all, admission is free!

What to Expect at SFE 2026

Over four days, visitors can feast on more than 1,000 food items, explore country pavilions featuring Korean, Thai, and Taiwanese eats, enjoy live cooking demonstrations and hot food sampling, and snag exclusive expo-only deals and prizes.

The 2026 edition brings together over 100 exhibitors ranging from beloved street food vendors to established international manufacturers, with the Packed Food Area featuring international snacks, specialty ingredients, health foods, and gourmet products. 

This year's edition also marks a notable milestone in its format. SFE 2026 will combine with its sister event, the Asia Pacific Food Expo, to attract buyers from across the Asia Pacific region, making it the most unique B2B and B2C concept food exhibition to date.
