Yum Cha Restaurant has launched a new Dinner Buffet that goes well beyond the usual spread, pairing free-flow Chinese favourites with five premium centrepiece dishes.

- Chilli Crab Claws with Fried Mantou 辣椒螃蟹伴馒头 — Singapore's most iconic flavour, served with fluffy fried mantou perfect for mopping up every last drop of sauce
- Braised Abalone and Dried Scallop Rice 瑶柱鲍鱼捞饭 — A prestige combination of abalone and dried scallop slow-braised into a deeply savoury rice dish
