Football Fever Takes Over CHIJMES, Capitol Singapore, Chinatown Point & Perennial Business City: Live Screenings, Football Clinics, Drone Soccer & More from 11 Jun - 20 Jul

It’s game on at CHIJME, Capitol Singapore, Chinatown Point and Perennial Business City this World Cup season! From 11 June to 20 July 2026, each destination is set to bring the excitement of the football season to the heart of the city with Football Fever 2026, a vibrant celebration of sports, culture, entertainment, and  football.

CHIJMES

CHIJMES kicks off the season with an official FIFA World Cup 2026 Opening Celebration on 11 June, in collaboration with the embassies of Mexico, the United States, and Canada — the three host nations. The night features Mexican cultural dance performances, live band entertainment, DJ sets, and a live screening of the opening match from 3am at the Main Lawn.

Throughout the tournament, matches are screened on a 360-inch outdoor screen at Level 1 and B1. The F&B Village on the Main Lawn, run in partnership with The Shake Affinity, serves food, beer, and cocktails during match hours. Don Julio, an Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Supporter, will be running a premium tequila experience with signature cocktails by expert mixologists.

At the Mini Lawn, football clinics by Weston Next Gen are scheduled on 11 June (5–7pm), 19 June (8–10am), and 27 June (8–10am). Lenovo's Digital AI Photobooth, available throughout the season, lets visitors create a personalised digital footballer avatar on the spot.

Capitol Singapore

Capitol Singapore offers live screenings at both the Arcade at The Capitol Kempinski and the Outdoor Plaza (9am–10pm). Capitol Bistro. Bar. Patisserie extends its hours to midnight for match nights.

The DRAX Drone Soccer Sky Games take place on 13, 14, 20 and 21 June (11am–8pm) at the Outdoor Plaza — a tech-driven sport mixing precision control and quick reflexes, open to all skill levels. Football clinics by Flair Football Academy run on 4, 5, 11 and 12 July (9am–6pm), with a Football Accuracy Challenge and free energy drink samples at the Hausboom booth.

Dining deals at Capitol Singapore include all-day Heineken specials at Hopscotch, daily happy hour and Kanpai Pairing Nights at Ka-EN Grill & Sushi Bar, and a $12 game-day combo at Nalan Restaurant.

Chinatown Point

From 15 to 28 June, Chinatown Point transforms its indoor atrium into a free football-themed playground. Visitors can try free-to-play stations including Robo Car Soccer and VR Soccer, and take part in the "Tiny Human, Giant Goal" social media challenge — strike a pose with the giant football installation, tag @chinatownpoint_sg, and stand a chance to win $50 FairPrice vouchers.

From 29 June to 5 July, free Drone Soccer try-outs are added to the mix, combining sports, STEM learning, and competitive play. Participants can win gifts and prizes while stocks last. The activities are designed for families, students, and casual shoppers looking for daytime fun during the school holidays.

Perennial Business City

Perennial Business City hosts Singapore's first-ever 5-week Drone Soccer Sky League, in collaboration with DRAX Global, launching from 8 June 2026. The league features both amateur and professional categories, with structured coaching sessions, tournament play, and live championship matches. The final rounds take place on 11 and 12 July 2026.

Free trial sessions are available for beginners, making it accessible regardless of experience level. Fans who prefer to watch rather than play can gather at Bubble House+ for live match screenings throughout the tournament.
