Finished with a smooth red bean topping and bold red and white soft chantilly cream, this elegant creation celebrates Singapore in both flavour and design. The Ice Kacang Cheesecake is available at S$48.90 for a whole cake and S$6.90 per slice.


Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake

Complementing the National Day lineup is the brand new limited-edition Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake. A delightful ode to Singapore's 61st birthday, the Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake brings together creamy indulgence and bold flavour in every layer. The richness of New York cheese mousse, rippled with bright raspberry jam, pairs seamlessly with a luscious raspberry cheese mousse. The soft vanilla sponge layer adds a gentle contrast, while smooth chantilly cream and berry crumbles complete the look with a festive touch - creating a dessert that's as visually striking as it is indulgent.  The Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake is available at S$52.90 for a whole cake and S$6.90 per slice.
