Located in the historic Gedung Kuning (Yellow Mansion) in Kampong Glam, Permata offers fine dining alongside Singapore's first-ever Nusantara Halal buffet. First opened in 2021, the restaurant is housed within the former Malay mansion of Prince Mahmud, the youngest son of the Sultan of Johor.
The national day buffet spread spotlights Flavours of the Lion City, where over 50 dishes come alive. Look forward to their culinary love letter to Singapore, with dishes ranging from the Warisan Singapura Nasi Lemak Station and Singapore Chicken Rice to Peranakan favourite Ayam Buah Keluak Nyonya Chang.
