DECATHLON SPORTS FEST 2026 | FREE SPORTS FESTIVAL @ KALLANG
Decathlon Singapore is bringing back its Decathlon Sports Fest, now in its second year, on 15–16 August 2026 at Decathlon Singapore Lab in Kallang. The free community event welcomes everyone, from young children and beginners to seasoned athletes, to discover new sports in a fun, inclusive and beginner-friendly environment.
Dates: 15–16 August 2026
Time: 9am–7pm both days
Venue: Decathlon Singapore Lab, 230 Stadium Boulevard, Singapore 397799
Admission: Free, no registration needed
The festival transforms the roughly 5,000 sqm carpark beside Decathlon Singapore Lab into one of Singapore's biggest free sports festivals. Organisers describe it as one of the largest events of its kind in the country, essentially turning a carpark into a full-blown sports playground for the weekend.
Visitors get access to over 30 different sports including aerial yoga, callisthenics, fencing, golf, ice hockey, kayaking, lacrosse, pet obstacles, pickleball, snowboarding, tennis, and water polo, among others. Other reports add climbing, archery, gymnastics, karate, athletics, stand-up paddleboarding, squash, parkour, and silat to the mix. A standout feature is a custom-built river pool set up specifically so visitors can go kayaking right in the middle of the festival grounds.
Every activity is led by expert coaches who guide participants through the basics, with equipment provided so anyone can jump in and try something new without needing prior experience or gear.
New this year
The headline addition is a new Pet Obstacle Sports area, run in partnership with Noble Canine Oasis, so pets don't have to sit out the fun. Pets are welcome throughout the festival, though visitors are asked to keep them in a stroller, carrier, or basket while exploring — only guide and service dogs are permitted to walk freely.
Beyond the sports
It's framed as a full festival experience rather than just a sports demo day — expect live music, food vendors, and general festival atmosphere alongside the sporting activities, with one source noting more than 10 F&B vendors on site. There's also a Sports Fest Passport: visitors collect a stamp for every activity they try, and completing passport challenges can earn rewards such as membership points redeemable for gift cards.
