Gwanghwamun Mijin Singapore is celebrating its first anniversary with a special one-day promotion offering its Signature Buckwheat Noodles for just $1, down from the usual price f $15.
Taking place on 22 August 2026, the anniversary promotion is limited to 200 redemptions, with 100 available during lunch service and another 100 during dinner service. Each redemption includes two trays of Mijin’s Signature Buckwheat Noodles, served with traditional accompaniments and a dipping broth.

Known for their pleasantly chewy texture and refreshing flavour, Mijin’s buckwheat noodles reflect a culinary tradition preserved since the restaurant was established in Seoul in 1954. The signature dish is served as two neat trays of noodles alongside condiments and a chilled dipping broth, allowing guests to season each mouthful to taste.
