From now till 31 August 2026, diners at Milkfish & Broth can enjoy selected ala-carte broth bowls at just $9.80++ per bowl (U.P. $13.80++), available weekdays from 2pm to 5pm, with two diners and every two bowls ordered.
Choose from three comforting slow-brewed broth options, including the Dang Gui Chicken Broth 当归鸡汤, a nourishing herbal broth served with boneless chicken leg, shiitake mushroom, red dates, celery, Chinese angelica and Chinese yam; Pork & Green Radish Broth 猪肉三色萝卜汤, served with aburi-style pork belly slices and sweet carrots; or the vegan-friendly Wild Mushroom & Kombu Broth Bowl 野菌昆布汤, packed with wild mushrooms, carrots, celery, beancurd skin and firm beancurd.
