Wagyu suji takes centre stage at Aburi-EN this autumn, with four new dishes starting from just $9.90, plus an $8 red wine top-up to complete the meal. Available for a limited time from 15 September to 31 October 2026, the Wagyu Suji Matsuri menu puts the spotlight on tender, slow-simmered Wagyu suji (beef tendon), served across a variety of Japanese-inspired dishes.
Starting from just $9.90, the Crispy Wagyu Suji Karaage ($9.90) offers a crispy take on the tender cut, fried until golden and served with a fresh lemon wedge. For something savoury and made for sharing, the Stir-fry Wagyu Suji with Capsicum ($11.90) combines tender Wagyu suji with colourful bell peppers in a savoury sauce.
Noodle lovers can tuck into the Wagyu Suji Dry Ramen ($14.90), featuring springy ramen noodles tossed with slow-simmered Wagyu suji, sweet corn and savoury toppings. For a spicy rice bowl, the Spicy Negi Wagyu Suji Don ($15.90) pairs tender Wagyu suji with rice and a generous serving of fresh green onions.
Also making a return is the Wagyu Suji Nikomi Don ($17.90), featuring A4/A5 Miyazaki and Australian Wagyu stewed with seasonal vegetables and topped with an onsen egg over rice.
To round off the meal, diners can top up just $8.00 for a glass of red wine with any Wagyu Suji Matsuri promotional dish ordered.
With five Wagyu suji dishes to discover, prices from $9.90 and a limited-time $8 red wine top-up, the Wagyu Suji Matsuri offers plenty of ways to enjoy this distinctive cut before the promotion ends.
