Shihlin Taiwan Street Food’s popular chicken skin snack is making a comeback, and this time, it comes in a bigger portion, fresher and crunchier than ever. The fan-favourite returns as Ultra Crispy Chicken Skin, bringing back the addictive crunch diners know and love. Chicken skin is freshly fried to golden perfection and generously dusted in one of three bold new flavours inspired by the vibrant tastes of Taiwan:
1. Charcoal Seaweed – A smoky and savoury flavour, packed with umami and the familiar fragrance of seaweed.
2. Cool Cucumber – A light and addictive flavour that offers a refreshing contrast to the rich, crispy chicken skin.
3. Explosive Mala – A bold, fiery kick with the signature numbing heat that mala lovers crave.
The Ultra Crispy Chicken Skin will be available at all Shihlin outlets from 3 September 2026, priced at $5.90 per serving.
