Marking its 10th consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition, Tiong Bahru Hainanese Chicken Rice is celebrating the milestone with Perfect 10 — a limited-time line-up of 10 dishes at $10 each, available exclusively at its Takashimaya flagship from 21 September 2026.
Making their debut on the permanent menu are four NEW dishes: Sambal Chicken Fried Bee Hoon, Chilli Crab Sauce Lala, Golden Salt & Pepper Tofu, and the comforting Salted Fish Fried Rice. The line-up also features familiar favourites including Homemade Ngoh Hiang with Tiger Prawns, Salted Egg Pumpkin, Sweet & Sour Pork, Bean Sprouts with Salted Fish and Prawn Omelette, before ending on a refreshing Mango Sago & Coconut Sago duo.
