Giant Tampines Hypermarket is marking its refresh launch with Opening Specials from 1 to 7 October 2026, featuring Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotions and discounts of up to 56% on selected groceries, fresh produce, household essentials and personal care items.
The main Refresh Launch & Neighbourhood Party takes place on Sunday, 4 October 2026, from 11am to 7pm. The official launch ceremony starts at 1pm at the Level 3 Event Zone, with lion and dragon dance performances and a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Shoppers can also take part in a Spin & Win promotion with a minimum $25 single-receipt spend, while the first 500 customers from 11am can receive a free Giant grocery goodie bag with a minimum $50 spend in a single receipt. A free Yuu recycle bag is also available to the first 300 qualifying customers.
Families can catch scheduled activities including a magic show, balloon sculpting, puppet show, bubble magic show and face painting. There will also be supplier sampling and roadshows throughout the day, with participating brands offering samples and selected promotions.
