Back by popular demand, the Black Truffle Bakkwa 黑松露肉干 ($78.80 for a box of six), is a decadent treat chock-full of smoky hand-chopped bak kwa folded into red lotus paste with a touch of premium black truffle oil encased in charcoal-black pastry and beautifully accentuated with a gold brushstroke.
