J65 Presents Pasta Fiesta With The Pasta Nerd From 11 October to 1 November 2026
Food lovers in Singapore have another reason to indulge this October as J65 at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La introduces a special Pasta Fiesta featuring guest chef Muhammad Imran, better known as “The Pasta Nerd”, from 11 October to 1 November 2026.
The limited-time collaboration is part of J65's International Dinner Buffet, bringing freshly handmade pasta creations together with an extensive spread of seafood, local favourites and international dishes.
Pasta Fiesta Featuring The Pasta Nerd
Taking place from Sundays to Wednesdays, Pasta Fiesta showcases Chef Muhammad Imran's passion for handmade pasta, with guests able to watch him roll, shape and prepare fresh pasta at a live station.
The special menu features nine pasta creations served on rotation, combining traditional Italian techniques with creative flavours inspired by Asian cuisine. Among the highlights are Ricotta Gnocchi with tomato-basil sauce, charred tomatoes and basil cream, Braised Beef Agnolotti del Plin served with beef jus, and handmade Trofie tossed in Genovese pesto and burrata.
For something a little different, guests can look forward to inventive dishes such as Duck Pho, featuring duck-filled cappelletti in aromatic broth, and Udang Lemak Daun Kunyit, which pairs prawn girasole with rich lemak gravy, charred pineapple and crispy turmeric leaves.
Another standout is Beef Gulai, an open-faced lasagna featuring braised beef cheek and fragrant gulai gravy.
Enjoy Seafood and International Favourites at J65
Diners can also enjoy J65's extensive International Dinner Buffet, which features a seafood-focused selection alongside local and international favourites.
The buffet includes lobster, prawns and mussels on ice, as well as whole Norwegian salmon, laksa, braised oxtail and other dishes served on rotation. The combination of freshly prepared pasta and buffet favourites makes it an appealing option for family dinners, gatherings with friends or special celebrations.
