VIVOCITY TURNS 20 YEARS WITH A BIRTHDAY BASH OF PLAY, REWARDS AND SURPRISES FROM 12 OCT - 1 NOV
VivoCity is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a series of exciting activities, exclusive shopping promotions, giveaways and special rewards from 12 October to 1 November 2026.
As part of its year-long VC20: Celebrating 20 Years, For Everyone campaign, one of Singapore's largest shopping mall is bringing shoppers a birthday celebration packed with interactive games, creative workshops, limited-edition collectibles and exclusive anniversary offers.
From racing miniature cars and winning prizes worth up to $2,000 to enjoying one-hour shopping deals and redeeming exclusive gifts, there's plenty to look forward to at VivoCity this October.
VC20 Birthday Playground From 12–18 October 2026
The celebrations kick off with the VC20 Birthday Playground, happening at Central Court, Level 1, from 12 to 18 October 2026. Open daily from 10am to 10pm, the playground features a variety of interactive activities suitable for families, friends and shoppers of different ages.
VC20 Mini Grand Prix – Race to Win $2,000
Experience the excitement of miniature car racing at the VC20 Mini Grand Prix, featuring a specially designed 6m by 4m racing circuit inspired by VivoCity.
Participants can control miniature cars using dedicated simulator rigs and race against others on the physical track.
From 12 to 16 October, racing sessions are available at the following prices:
- 1 race: $15 nett
- 5-race bundle: $65 nett
- 10-race bundle: $120 nett
Each race lasts 10 minutes, and participants must be at least 1.2m tall. Tickets are available on-site for walk-in participants.
On 17 and 18 October, shoppers who spend at least $80 in up to two same-day receipts can participate in a five-minute race. The overall champion during the 17–18 October competition will walk away with a grand prize worth $2,000 in VivoCity and mystery eVouchers.
Free Photobooth and Digital Colouring Activities
Shoppers can also enjoy two free interactive experiences throughout the Birthday Playground.
Make the VC20 Headlines is a newspaper-themed photobooth by Solace Studios, where visitors can pose for personalised newspaper-style front pages inspired by VivoCity's opening in October 2006.
Meanwhile, Colour Our 20 invites visitors to digitally colour VivoCity-inspired artworks created by artists from The Art Faculty. Completed designs will appear on a digital display, contributing to a collective anniversary artwork.
Both activities are free to play from 12 to 18 October 2026.
Hit The Perfect 20 – Stop the Clock at Exactly 20 Seconds
At the Hit The Perfect 20 challenge, participants must stop a timer at exactly 20 seconds to win a prize. Shoppers can participate with a minimum spend of $80 in up to two same-day receipts. The activity runs from 12 to 18 October during these hours:
- Monday to Friday: 12pm–2pm and 6pm–8pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 4pm–8pm
Creative Workshops for Children
From 12 to 16 October, the Crunchy Squishy Workshop by SPLATIFFY offers 15-minute sessions for children aged three and above at a promotional price of $29 nett (usual price $59). Workshops run from 12pm to 8pm, with walk-in tickets available on-site.
On 17 and 18 October, VivoCity Kids Club members can participate in VC20 Cupcake Creations, where children decorate clay cupcakes that become part of a larger birthday installation.

VivoCity Power Hour – 8 Exclusive Shopping Deals Across 2 Weekends
Shopping enthusiasts can look forward to VC20 Power Hour, featuring eight specially curated anniversary offers across two weekends. Each promotion lasts for just one hour, with a different participating retailer featured at 2pm and 5.20pm on selected Saturdays and Sundays. Here's the schedule:

VivoCity is also giving shoppers the opportunity to win anniversary surprises through its VC20 Rewards Capsule. VivoRewards members who spend a minimum of $120 in up to two same-day receipts can take a turn at the capsule machine to reveal a mystery reward. Prizes include a weekly grand prize of $2,000 in VivoCity eVouchers.
The Rewards Capsule will be available on three weekends:

To celebrate its milestone anniversary, VivoCity has partnered with The Art Faculty (TAF), a social enterprise by Autism Resource Centre (Singapore), to introduce exclusive anniversary collectibles.
Shoppers can redeem specially designed pouches and tote bags featuring artwork created by artists from The Art Faculty. For every VC20 x TAF item redeemed, Mapletree and VivoCity will donate $2 to Autism Resource Centre (Singapore).
Spend $150 to Redeem a VC20 x TAF Pouch
VivoRewards members who spend a minimum of $150 in up to two same-day receipts can redeem an exclusive VC20 x TAF Pouch.
Redemptions are limited to the first 120 on weekdays and first 240 on weekends, with one redemption per member per day.
Spend $300 to Redeem a VC20 x TAF Tote Bag
Members who spend a minimum of $300 in up to two same-day receipts can redeem an additional VC20 x TAF Tote Bag. Redemptions are limited to the first 100 on weekdays and first 150 on weekends.
VivoRewards Gold members can also receive a $10 MINISO eVoucher, limited to the first 40 qualifying redemptions daily.
Transactions at FairPrice Xtra are excluded from these gift redemptions, and all rewards are subject to availability and terms and conditions.

Shoppers can also look forward to VC20 Flash20 Deals, which take place on the 20th of every month throughout VivoCity's anniversary year.
